Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the United States and China. 

 

Q: I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order? 

A: We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately in order to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.

 

Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A: Orders are shipped out directly from any of our domestic & international warehouses as fast as possible! Due to the popularity of our products, please allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and all European Union countries. Other countries can take an estimated 2-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to the distance traveling and customs. Please note that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A: It will usually take between 2-5 business days.

A: You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide.

 

Q: Is shipping really FREE?

A: Yes, shipping is free worldwide on all items.

Q: Which currency will I be charged in?

A: We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

 

Q: Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A: Yes, all customers receive an order number after placing their orders.

 

Q: What if I need to modify my order?

A: If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order.

A: For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends on where you are located. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
